Dr. SmithDr. Gordon Smith attended the University of Michigan College of Engineering from 1978 to 1980 and later graduated University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1984.

Dr. Gordon SmithAlthough not a specialist in any field of dentistry, Dr. Smith has attended thousands of hours of continuing education. In fact, in 1994, he was awarded the Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) for excellence in continuing dental education in all phases of dentistry. Recently, he was awarded his National Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD). an honor achieved by less than one percent of practicing dentists in the United States. Gordon and Sarah OperatoryDr. Smith is involved with various dental study groups and through the Facial Beauty institute has helped instruct other dentists in dermal filler techniques, such as Restylane® and Juvederm®, for wrinkle reduction, facial line filling, and facelifts. He is also trained to provide Botox treatments for both esthetics and muscle pain. He strongly believes that dentists should learn to look at the whole face when evaluating both traditional dental services and enhanced treatments.

He and his l wife Jacki and have two beautiful daughters and two adorable grandsons in Atlanta. Dr. Smith is active in the community, supporting many local sports teams, charities, and other programs, including the Wixom Police Department . D.A.R.E. program. In his spare time, Gordon enjoys singing, teaches and leads folk dancing, and participates in sailing and other fitness activities.
